Use Reusables, a program from the Alameda County public agency StopWaste, is offering funding up to $5,000 per approved business or institution, for the purchase of reusable transport packaging. To be eligible for a Use Reusables mini-grant you must be an incorporated private company, non-profit organization, public agency, or institution and in compliance with all U.S. federal, state and local land use, regulatory and permit requirements.
Eligible projects must:

Go to http://usereusables.org/grants and submit your application by October 31, 2016. The grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis, until all funds are expended. All applicants are encouraged to submit their applications early to secure funding availability.
