TranPak recently gathered for an Employee Appreciation BBQ to recognize the hard work and dedication of our team. The event was filled with amazing food, camaraderie, and plenty of gratitude.

Managers took turns serving meals, a gesture that highlighted our shared commitment to teamwork and respect at every level. During the event, our General Manager spoke about TranPak’s top priority: creating a safe, friendly, and supportive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to share their ideas. These ideas from our team are instrumental to the culture and growth of TranPak.
